The more you send at the start, the more useful the first reply is. A nameplate photograph, a drawing, a sample, a load schedule or simply photographs of the failure will usually save a round trip — and if the work sits outside what we do, we will say so rather than pass it along.

Where we work
Inspection, fault diagnosis, engine and pump work in place, electrical repair and welding are carried out at your berth, plant room or site across Dubai and Sharjah. Motor rewinding, dynamic balancing, machining and the manufacture of heating elements, calorifiers and control panels are done at the Sharjah workshop — equipment can be delivered to us or collected.
What to include in your enquiry
Motors and generators
— a nameplate photograph, how it failed and what it drives
Heating elements
— voltage, wattage, overall and immersed length, sheath diameter, mounting and the medium being heated
Calorifiers
— capacity, heat source, coil arrangement, connection positions and mounting, or a drawing
Engines and pumps
— make and model, the vessel or plant, and what changed
Control panels
— load schedule or single-line diagram, supply voltage and enclosure rating
Machined and fabricated parts
— a drawing, a photograph with dimensions, or the worn original
